In Gym Training:
Our in-person training is hosted at River Oaks Fitness in the heart of Houston.
– Individual private sessions for 25 or 50 minutes.
– Partner sessions for up to two individuals for 25 or 50 minutes
Off-site Training:
We come to you, whether it is your home or office, within the loop of Houston.
– Individual or Partner sessions, for 50 minutes only. Trip charge may apply.
Virtual Training:
Who doesn’t love virtual? No excuses as you can join from the convenience of your living room, on vacation, at the peak of a mountain or at your office.
– Individual private sessions for 25 or 50 minutes.
– Partner sessions for up to two individuals for 25 or 50 minutes
Yoga / Stretch Training:
Every Wednesday at 7:30 am CST via Zoom, join us for our weekly yoga stretch.
– Group session for 30 minutes
